Mi experiencia en este lugar fue horrible a la hora de venderte un carro te dan el mejor trato del mundo luego cuando tienes un problema con el carro que ellos están en la obligación de resolver te tratan horrible y no te dan soluciones, compré un carro el 4 de marzo , 8 días después se llevó el carro a servicio porq ya tiene problemas y resulta que no dan solución ninguna y te dicen que eso es normal , en pocas palabras tanta impotencia y tanta incomodidad que pasas en ese lugar que te hacen perder la paciencia y la calma Y eso que estamos hablando de una marca como la Toyota que hasta donde se tiene mucho prestigio , así que no se que puede quedar para los demás, ya nada es confiable .

Me dieron el servicio pero la persona que me atendió utizo palabras altizonantes ya que al explicar el cambio de un fluido de vehículo utilizo palabras altizonantes diciendo: "que se le cambio la xxxxxx esa"... y al referirse a mi como señor o por mi nombre me decía " primo" sin muestra de respeto al cliente y sobre el presupuesto que me dieron de $823 dlls más impuestos ya hecho el trabajo me subió a 997 dlls sin previo aviso por mensaje o llamada, creo que deben poner mucha atención al sercio al cliente en esta área.. me siento incomodo porque se paga x in servicio y lo primero que esperas es un trato respetuoso ☹️😫

I’ve been complaining about my brakes squeaking since I purchased car. During my first service visit, I asked them to look at my brakes and I was told they were fine. I brought up the brakes again during this visit (which was quite some time out since I had knee surgery) and I was told there was an issue that was going to cost me $245 to be fixed. They also told me I have 3 or 4 other issues ranging in cost from $66 - $250 each. Of course I wanted some answers because while the car was still under warranty I was told everything was fine despite my numerous complaints of there being an issue. I was given the run around and transferred for times back and forth between the service department and the used car department where I purchased the vehicle. At one point someone even said “bye” and hung up on me because of my frustration over the continuous transfers. I’m the end my issues were never resolved. I just picked my car up and will be getting the brakes and 4 other random issues they said I have resolved somewhere else. When I arrived, my assigned service provider was no where to be found and someone else brought my vehicle and walked me to the service desk. I previously owned 2 Mercedes before this and now I understand why the service costs so much. I have never been treated this way when it came to servicing my vehicles.
Poor customer service, vehicle still not working properly, it seems like they are understaffed, which is why service takes a while compared to other Toyota Dealers.

When I arrived, I am asked who is my appointment with? I have no idea, I don't know anyone there. They look me up and tell me Omar. Turns out Omar is out of office. So then my appointment moves to Rico, whom I don't meet. I get a text that my car is ready. I walk out to get it. There are about 20 people milling around and they ask me who I'm with. I tell them Rico. They ask me which one. And I'm like, am I supposed to know this person's last name?? I've never even seen them. They look me up and tell me it's Rico/Mack and point me to his work station. No one is there. Luckily a polite thin tall African American man steps in to help me. While I'm waiting for my car to be pulled up, I see workplace bullying, where a thin young white guy gets made fun of it is not in good spirits at all. I'm told by some unprofessional young woman with a chocolate bar hanging out of her mouth and a Dr Pepper can in hand to "go inside". I told her I'll wait right here until my car comes up, I was texted that I was done. I already had a xxxxty experience like this before but I got a 9.95 coupon for an oil change, which is a great deal. It might not be a great enough deal in the future to deal with this xxxxshow of a place again.

Very Rude Service team No communication Porters driving vehicles crazy I witnessed mine being driven like that the guy was ready to race him with a Toyota Camry not professional I was pissed to say the least. Time management sucks Customer Service Sucks The ladies to pay the bill, were the only ones who had customer service very friendly. The thing I didn’t like personally nothing was said about my vehicle, Other dealerships give a automized description on ur vehicle and videos of what was done not this dealership they could care less here’s your paperwork goodbye. This Dealership needs help. They need to put an undercover person to come in and witness some things being done overall.

I did not expect this kind of service from an official dealer. I brought my Toyota RAV4 (5,000 miles) in for routine maintenance, and my metal valve stem caps were stolen and replaced with cheap plastic ones. I have before and after photos, as well as a photo report from the service advisor confirming the switch. If they can steal something as small as this, who knows what else they might steal or do incorrectly? Very disappointed with this level of service.
Awful service department. Twice we asked them to fix the automatic light (day) and dark (night) display setting. Twice they didn't.

Specifically about the service department: always ask for them to explain the bill, before you pay. There are extra fees that are never quoted. Also, making an appointment online is not free, it’s a $25 charge on your bill.
