We used Walter in the service department. He was amazing. Took my car in for a minor repair handed it with kid gloves. He went over and beyond to make me happy. I will return to him if / when I need my next service Thank you for hiring people like him
This dealer will try to get as much money out of you as possible. They try to tell you that a bunch of random things need “immediate service” I don’t see how my A/C system needs to be cleaned when my car has less than 25k miles and I have no issues with it. Not to mention they tried to charge me $175 for it. They also tried to get me to replace a filter for another $165 dollars. And when I looked at the picture that they showed me it definitely did not need to be replaced. By the time it was all done, they tried to get me to pay $565 for what was supposed to be a free oil change on my warranty. If you have a Toyota warranty then go there to get the free oil change and reject all the extra things they try to pin on you. And if you’re worried about what they say, check it yourself before you pay them to fix it. And if you don’t have a warranty, just change your oil yourself or go somewhere else. I bet it will be cheaper and you won’t have to deal with all of that.

I went to drop off my car at 9:43 since I had an appointment at 10, they received it and told me the recall correction process would take the whole day, I asked if I could have a ride home or a loaner since they didn't advice it with anticipation, which they denied. I took an Uber home (16$) and the car was ready after 2 hours which was bothersome since if it was gonna be ready that quick I would just waited there. I had to spend 32$ more because of this.
Disappointing experience today with my service visit. I had an appointment at 7:30 and showed up on time. Took over 20 min to get checked in and advisor was not very welcoming. I asked for oil change and he quoted over $65. I mentioned the one coupon for 49.95 and he said I still had to pay for taxes and other miscellaneous fees. Moving forward I will plan on taking my business elsewhere.
Decent dealership, but you have to be on your toes with the service department. No matter what you are in for they will always some recommendation for additional services you need. The additional services are always quite pricey. I’ve learned to ignore the additional stuff like replacing all the radiator hoses every few years. Focus on the stuff that the service manual tells you too do and you will be fine. Also- when you buy the car don’t buy the prepaid maintenance, it is a major ripoff…

Just had my car serviced at Toyota of North Austin, where I both bought the car used, and bought a warranty and service contract. The team here and the protocols at Toyota of North Austin are outstanding! First off, I was able to schedule an appointment in advance so that I could wait on my car while it was worked on and the service appointment was taken on time and was completed very quickly. When they had completed looking over my vehicle they sent me a text with a link to a video of the service technician walking around my car and showing me the items he was recommending be serviced. Then when I spoke with my service rep, there was an estimate ready to go and recommendations on tires for the two tires that need to be replaced. When it turned out that they didn't have the tires and stock that they had recommended and quoted me, they upgraded my tires to the Michelin, and they gave them to me for the same price as the tires originally quoted along with the warranty. On the whole every single person I worked with was cheerful, helpful, and prompt. Can't recommend enough.

My husband and I bought a 2021 Tesla model S here. I regret every second of it. It was an absolutely terrible and pathetic experience. First, they say it was dirty and they had to clean it, great that’s fine. This is Friday the 28th. We go back on Saturday the 29th to pick it up and trade in our Hyundai, they give us the car with only 19% battery charge. Our salesman said the service guy had driven it 100 miles on the night before/day we picked it up to make sure it was okay ( never heard of a car dealer doing that) but we got over it. Then he proceeds to tell us that the battery was on 2% when they got it and it had only charged to 19%overnight…why didn’t they just take it to a Tesla supercharger? There are hundreds all over Austin. Within two days we heard creaking under the car to the point where it sounds like the front of the call is going to fall apart when you reverse and turn the wheels. I have tried calling multiple times to speak to somebody, they either keep you on hold for twenty minutes and then the call drops, or they say that they are with a customer and will call you back but never do . We took a risk buying a high mileage Tesla from them thinking that they would at least do their due diligence and make sure the car was up to standards. They did not. I told them upon buying we would only agree to buy if there was an clause/agreement that if we did a battery health test and the battery was below Tesla’s standards for the mileage/age, that we could come back to them and get something different. Have an appointment to do that with them this week at Tesla, but I’m terrified of what the results might say. Our salesman told us straight up that they don’t really know how to deal with teslas and everything they learn is from google. DO NOT BUY HERE. This is literally like a scam situation and I’m shock they have such a large place. The only thing I appreciated about this place is our salesman did apologize and cash app me $75 to go charge up our car for the first time since they let it sit and wither away for God knows how long. These people did not give a single care about what they were selling, they just wanted money money money money. I wouldn’t doubt they knew our car was severely messed up and sold it to us anyways.
Purchased a 2003 Toyota Tundra from Toyota North Austin with promises it passed a pre-purchase inspection. Within three weeks, Toyota Killeen found 16 major issues including unsafe tires, multiple fluid leaks, cylinder misfires, and steering problems. When contacted, North Austin was unhelpful, took days to respond, and only offered minimal repairs if done at their location—impossible since the truck isn't safe to drive 60 miles. Manager Steve Riddick seemed to deliberately delay resolution. Now facing $7,000 in repairs for problems that clearly existed during their "inspection." Extremely disappointed with their deceptive practices and lack of customer service. Would not recommend.

The extended warranty that this dealership sells is Horrible!, I purchased the premium coverage, and of the 7 items that needed to be replaced, only 1 was covered, the others were denied! Secondly, it took almost two weeks for the extended warranty inspector to go by to look, and so I was with out a car for two weeks. The service guys expressed his frustration about the extended warranty approval of replacing some of the parts, then calling back two days later and denying it, What the xxxx! So I don't down the service dept., but feel that they could of done more with the SCAM of the extended warranty they sell!
